The task system lets the operators know what tasks they should focus on and what has happened in the Marine Logistics system.
The platform will spawn tasks automatically based on events such as new customer requests, different weights registered by airports, agent quotes received, accepted quotes, etc.
It is however also possible to create your own tasks and relate them to orders, shipments, quotes, or requests.
system
Live updates
Users receive instant live updates of changes made by others in the Marine Logistics system.
It also tracks which pages all users are currently working with – this helps avoid multiple people working on the same tasks.
system
Documents
Documents can be attached to any shipment, order, quote, or request. This lets any operator access all documents on all entities.
Documents are stored with a type to easily identify what is in the document, e.g. Invoice, PO, Supplier Invoice, AWB, Inventory list, etc.
Each document can be set up to be visible in the customer portal.
system
Reports
Dive into the different reports: Transport, CO2, supplier, stock age, and cost analysis.
The reports are self-serving. The data is always updated and the customers can at any time see the current stats.
system
Billing rules
Our billing rules engine lets you define the billing lines that should be created by certain criteria.
E.g. you can set up an airport terminal fixed fee of 80 USD when departing from Houston/AIH or an Airfreight Arrival Cost in Seoul/SEL at 100 USD + 0.3 USD/kg.
The rules can be very specific and complex if needed – but this should usually only be set up once and we will of course assist in this process.
system
Master data
Master data such as vessels, customers, suppliers, countries, airports, invoice accounts and contacts can be managed in the Marine Logistics system directly or can be fetched into the system through integrations.
system
Email template
Configure and manage the wording and the data in all of the emails sent from the Marine Logistics system.
This will give you full control over communication with the customers.

system
Auto-generate emails
All communication regarding orders is generated through the system and sent on behalf of the users. This both saves time and ensures consistency across employees.
Every document related to the order is saved as an attachment in the system so any employee can easily see all information and communication related to a specific order.
