Let the customers create a quote and request. They will automatically be directed to the responsible operator to handle.
A request received from customers through the customer portal will be directed to the responsible operator to handle.
The customers can ask for bookings, quotes, or a free text request e.g. images of goods.
The operator can create quotes based on requests from the customer portal or manually.
When a quote is prepared and ready it can be published to the customer and will be available in the customer portal and by email.
Accepted quotes will be converted to shipments and will follow the normal workflow of shipments.
