This is a typical workflow for a shipment.
The system will always suggest the next logical step on each shipping making it easy for employees to execute it.
Documents and emails are automatically generated based on the information in the system.

When a shipment is created, a document is generated with the necessary information about the shipping as well as an invoice.

An email with these documents attached to the agent is automatically sent.

Once the packages have been shipped, a pre advise document is sent to the shipowner and consignee, informing them that the cargo is on its way.

It is then given the status “in transit”.

WML continuously tracks whether they have the status “in transit” based on the AWB/track and trace number to see if the package has arrived.

Once it has arrived, a shipping conformation email is sent to the ship owner.

When all costs are known on a shipment, the economy can be made.

Based on set billing rules, billing lines can automatically be generated, so it is easy to make the economy.

When the finances are completed, the Cost Specification document is generated, which later becomes part of the overall invoice package.

Through an integration to your ERP system, WML automatically creates an invoice to be used as part of the invoice package.

Agents can easily provide quotes through our interface. They are able to see all the needed information regarding the shipment in order to submit a price.
The employee can then quickly select the most attractive quotes and accept them.
Auto-generating billing lines from defined rules make it very easy to do the economy.
Bill in different currencies, setup hedging and give commission to good customers.
Auto-generate shipments based on the orders that need to be delivered.
The designer gives you a complete overview of related shipments. It is also possible to connect shipments if goods need to be gathered at one destination before going further.
The system will automatically calculate CO2 emission for every shipment based on the origin, destination, weight, and mode of transport.
We use https://www.ecotransit.org/en/ for these calculations to ensure the most correct calculations.
Providing flight, AWB or tracking number will help the system track this automatically.
The system will notify the operator if a flight is significantly delayed or the weight registered in the airport deviates a lot from what is in the system.
